The Distiller

Known as The Distiller, The Heavy Pourer, and Mash Master, is the heart and soul of Springfield Distillery's production. Tasting Room Manager

Sara Moser brings warmth and hospitality to Springfield Distillery as our Tasting Room Manager, Coffee Girl, Window Watcher, and Head Greeter. With her friendly demeanor and exceptional bartending skills, Sara crafts delightful cocktails and ensures every visitor feels welcome. Whether she's preparing a fresh pot of coffee, keeping an eye on the beautiful surroundings, or greeting guests with a smile, Sara's dedication to creating a memorable experience is unmatched. Her passion for customer service and attention to detail make her an integral part of our team.

Strategy & Operations

Hunter brings his branding and marketing expertise to the distillery with 10 years experience in brand development and management. Although his creative direction is much appreciated in most areas, you will always find him getting grief behind the bar for his “I saw this on Tiktok cocktail ideas”!

Kat Roberts

Bartender

Affectionately known as the Queen of the Full Shot, brings a dynamic energy to Springfield Distillery. A former beer drinker turned spirits enthusiast, Kat has mastered the art of pouring the perfect shot and creating exceptional cocktails. As our Scratch Specialist, she excels in developing new and exciting recipes from scratch, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection. Kat's passion for mixology and her innovative approach make her a standout member of our team, delighting guests with every pour.

James Gordon

Founder

Our founding member and the reason the distillery exists. James’ dad was a master distiller in South Africa and while James didn’t partake growing up he definitely has it in his blood. His father’s recipe was passed on to us and perfected over the years as shown by our latest award winning spirits. While James is busy with his day job, we keep everything running as intended!
