Bourbons & Aged Whiskeys

Springfield Straight Bourbon Whiskey starts out the same way as our Corn Whiskey with 80% corn and 20% malted barley and bottled at 45% alcohol by volume (90 proof). Then we age it for 2 years in the barrel to give the bourbon it’s caramel color and smooth taste.

Springfield 1842 Aged Whiskey starts out with 60% corn, 20% barley, and 20% wheat at 100 proof. All local Virginia ingredients. Then we age it in a port barrel from a local winery to create our smooth unique bourbon style finish.
